Place Your Order

Start by filling out our simple order form. Tell us what types of media you have (VHS, 8mm, etc.), how many tapes, and how you'd like to receive your digital files — USB drive, digital download, or both.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and our shipping address.

2

Pack & Ship Your Media

Carefully pack your tapes and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a sturdy box with plenty of padding to protect your media during transit. Use a shipping method with tracking so you can monitor your package.

Once we receive your media, we'll send you a confirmation email letting you know everything arrived safely.

3

We Digitize Your Media

Our professional equipment carefully converts each tape or reel to a high-quality digital file. We capture the best possible picture and sound from your analog media, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.

Every file is quality-checked before delivery to make sure you receive the best results.

4

Receive Your Digital Files

Once digitization is complete, we'll deliver your files based on your chosen method — a USB drive mailed to you, a secure download link, or both. Your original media is carefully packaged and returned to you along with any USB drive.

You'll receive an email notification when your files are ready, with instructions on how to access them.

Shipping & Packing Tips

Follow these tips to make sure your media arrives safely.

Packing Your Media

  • Use a sturdy cardboard box — avoid envelopes or thin mailers.
  • Wrap each tape individually in bubble wrap or newspaper.
  • Fill any empty space with packing paper or packing peanuts to prevent movement.
  • Place tapes upright (like books on a shelf) rather than stacking flat when possible.
  • If shipping camcorder tapes, keep them in their plastic cases if possible.
  • Include a note with your name, email, and order number inside the box.

Shipping Recommendations

  • Use a carrier with tracking (USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx).
  • Consider adding insurance for valuable or irreplaceable media.
  • Avoid shipping on Fridays to prevent packages sitting over the weekend.
  • Keep your tracking number — we may ask for it if there are any delivery questions.
